WHAT TYPE OF THERAPEUTIC APPROACH DO YOU USE?
With each client, I first form a relationship. The approach I use is based on the needs the person is presenting. Often, I make use of techniques and approaches that have developed from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, interpersonal therapy, and psychodynamic perspective.
DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?
I am open to discussing sliding scale rates, but prefer to discuss this in person.
HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?
Each therapy session is approximately 50 minutes long with ten minutes for scheduling if necessary.
DO YOU DO IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL SESSIONS?
Virtual sessions are preferred during the COVID-19 state of emergency, but if in person sessions are preferred, this can be arranged to comply with Center for Disease and Prevention guidelines.
